FEES

HOW WE CHARGEA fixed rate applies for the first 60 minutes
Anything over the first 60 minutes will be timed in 15min blocks

Billing commences from the time I begin to work on the task until it is complete
A surcharge may be applicable for services required before 8am or after 5pm, or over the weekend
In certain circumstances I will require advance payment
Discounted rates apply for long term projects and if my services are required on a continued basis
FEES

Administrative duties R180,00 per hour

Vehicle license renewals R250,00

Bookkeeping services Tailored according your requirements

Transfers (Helderberg Area): Rate depends on the distance

Transfers (CT International Airport) R300,00 per trip (1-2 persons)

Transfers (Helderberg to Cape Town) R400,00 per trip (1-2 persons)

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cash and internet transfers (EFT)

CANCELLATIONS

A fee will be charged for last-minute cancellations
